   🎯 This study compares machine learning and deep learning techniques for detecting malware in PDF files. Using a dataset of 18,126 PDFs, the Random Forest classifier achieved the highest accuracy at **99.74%**, followed by Deep Neural Networks (DNN). Other models like Decision Tree and KNN also performed well, surpassing **99% accuracy**. These findings highlight the effectiveness of ensemble and deep learning methods in cybersecurity, enabling robust automated malware detection in PDFs.

   🎯 The paper “CapsNet-Transformer Based Model for Violent Content Detection” proposes a hybrid model combining BanglaBERT and Capsule Networks (CapsNet) to detect and classify violence-inciting Bangla text and identify its target entities (individual, organization, or community). Using a modified dataset (MVITD) of 6,046 Bangla texts, the model achieves state-of-the-art performance with macro F1-scores of 76.67% for violence detection and 77.32% for target identification, outperforming traditional ML, deep learning, and transformer-based baselines.

My creative skills & experiences.

I have extensive experience in programming with C++ and Python, having completed several diverse projects. My work includes developing a PDF Malware Detector, a Breast Cancer Detection System, a Hospital Website, and an ATM Management System. Recently, I've been focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) in Bangla, where I am retraining and fine-tuning transformers to classify Bangla text. In addition, I have completed several machine learning projects, such as Credit Card Fraud Detection, House Price Prediction, Movie Sentiment Analysis, and an E-commerce Product Classifier. I also have experience working with various web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and PHP, and I am proficient in database management using MySQL.
